My cat just came in with
a baby mouse. It is alive and unharmed. I don't know what to do. I have it wrapped up in a dish cloth. I have no idea what to do.
What do you feed baby mice?

2. GOOGLE it!
Type in something like "Baby mouse care" and you'll find your answer... good luck! You'll fel great if you can save him. Your local pet store will have food. KEEP HIM WARM!

3. Put it back outside and let it find it's own food!

4. Mouse-owner to the rescue!
Make sure that it is unharmed, then put it somewhere where it is safe, warm and dry. For food, give it water, a bit of milk, a few raisins and some rolled oats or similar grain. FWIW, mice make excellent pets, if you wish to keep him: they are clean and affectionate.

Please, please, PLEASE do not put it back outside; if it is a baby, it is unlikely to survive. As an alternative, you can call the vet or your local animal-rescue group and they will help you do right by the poor little guy.

Hope this helps.

5. Yes, I've been doing a search
on the care and feeding of baby mice. I got some milk to a tepid temp and gave it a few sips from the dropper. It is a very small mouse, but has it's fur and it's eyes are open. I have it wrapped loosely and covered in a soft dish rag on top of a heating pad on low.
It seems a fine little speciman.

6. Great!
If you decide to keep him/her, I predict you will be well-satisfied with your new pet. They are very social animals, and mine is quite affectionate. :)

7. He seems very healthy....
but it is so tiny, has it's fur and is very soft and quite alert. From what I read they can be like little jumping beans, I'm trying to think of what I have that I can keep him in. I don't think the cat will bother him, it seemed more that she wanted to mother him, but can't take that chance for sure. I could throttle Emma (cat) for doing this. I am sick with the flu and the poor mouse I'm sure would rather be with it's mother.

8. Oops! Sorry - I didn't see that it was a "baby" mouse.
I just thought it was a regular ole mouse.
