1. Hello! These cats really talk.
Are all the lounge cat freaks on vacation?

2. When the Lounge doesn't like talking cats, what is the world coming to?

3. Saw it this week

All our cats talk to one degree or another. Caesar says "water", "Michael", and "oh no!" (the last one on the way to the vet). Plato and Socrates have very distinctive call signs. Evie sings and chirps. Quark barks (no, really). Neutrino warbles. Imhotep is just REALLY LOUD. :D

5. Sometimes, when my oldest cat, Boo, is in another room, she yowls...
...like she's in distress. If I call out to her, she stops, immediately, and comes running to me. It's very strange--almost like she's lost or disoriented, at times.

6. I'm familiar with that one
When Evie was very small, she'd fall asleep in the room where we were, and if we weren't obviously around by the time she woke up, she's scream bloody murder until we rushed in and made sure she was okay. She grew out of that, mostly.

8. Our cat doesn't talk to us, but he sure talks to the magpies
He sits in the windowsill making noises that I assume he thinks will lure all the birds to him :-) He's not as obnoxious as they are. Not by a mile.

10. My cat calls me "Mom"
And says 'Yeah" and "No"

When I lived with my mother I had a Persian cat who was a talker. My mother and I would tell her to come sit with the girls and tell us a story. She would come and jump on my mother's lap and jibber jabber away!

11. That is amazing!
They do talk.

My two will chatter at birds- I think they're swearing at them
because the birds tease them.

It doesn't sound enticing at all.
