so,I can usually take a ring I buy that day instead of getting it sized.

I don't know. I haven't bought or resized a ring in years. I guess I could teach Frodo not to break the stones with her beak but it might become expensive before she stopped having fun trying to peel me.

19. it really depends
and as a male my fingers are narrow... I'll wear a 8+ when it is hot and i haven't been exercising, but when it is cold and i've been running all over the woods for the last few months i'll drop down to a 6-1/2... it really makes it tough to get a ring that will fit for any length of time (my wedding ring i ended up just stop wearing it since it either was so tight i couldn't stand it, or so loose it fell off... but that was before my divorce)

22. thanks
I've been around awhile, just don't post much...:).... Anyhow my ring was sized before i got married at 6 1/2 and 9 months later it was closer to 7 1/2 so they resized it and a few months later it was way to small... i started working out and it cooled down and then the thing was way to big again.. very hard to wear any type of ring that way...:P...

but all my rings fit my left hand, and my right hand has fatter knuckles. I need to buy myself a ring for the right...

My wedding bands are too small for my right, or I would wear them.

It used to be that I'd have to have any ring I bought sized-up, but now when I try jewelry on, the rings just fit, as they are.

47. My engagement ring was a 5 1/2, but it became a bit snug, so 6, now,
I think. I believe that's the size of my wedding band. Probably a half-size larger on the opposite hand. I have long, skinny fingers. My husband has huge hands. They're about the same length as mine, but they still dwarf mine. He wanted to get a thumb ring, but his thumb is so huge, he can't find a ring large enough.
