1. Go to the doctor asap

strep throat can be treated so easily with antibiotics, and it's so painful, there is no need to suffer.

can spread to your heart and cause endocarditis - most sore throats are viral but getting a script for antibiotics usually isn't a bad idea.

5. look at your throat in the mirror with a flashlight

Do you see white spots or blisters on your throat? And do you have a headache and a fever? Those are all signs of strep.

But you need your throat swabbed to know for sure. See a doc if you're not better.

Oh, and concord grape juice is supposed to make simple sore throats better. The concord juice, not the juice drink. You can get it frozen. I think it works.
