It was too creepy. Do you think I should have gone for it?

2. Did he know who you are?
If he did, then he's not a very bright student.

If he didn't then I guess that would be a compliment.

5. There would be no reason for him to know who I am.
The college in question is an hour's drive from here and I've visited it about ten times in fifteen years.

He seemed intelligent enough but was thirty-two to my almost forty-three. Perhaps that makes him stupid.

12. Or else that just makes you attractive
and someone he thought he would like to get to know.

Of course, if the experience creeped you out then (aside from you being married) clearly he wasn't nearly as attractive or interesting.
:P

13. I wouldn't be in the bar checking out the young men if my
husband and I weren't separating.

23. Is that so? Maybe I should try to find him again.
I know he's not a republican like the last loser I met out in the Bangor social wilderness.

24. Well, I wouldn't suggest you do THAT...

Just suggesting that the age difference isn't really "stupidity."

Him pursuing a married woman might be stupidity, though. :D

Edited to add: I just read that you're separating from your husband. In that case, disregard the above message. Except for the age difference part. I actually met my husband when he had just turned 23 and I was about to turn 31.

7. creepy? for who?
and why? if you switch the genders, its not even out of the ordinary.

i'm 42, i'd get with a 31 year old woman and never feel guilty. my mate is 51.

when she asks 'why is he flirting with me? i could be his mom!', i patiently explain:

you are a tall, thin, classy, natural blond, with 36D's, and you dress in a manner flattering to your body. MEN LIKE LOOKING AT YOU. shit, GAY men like looking at you.

I've lived in the same house my entire life. Just a little inbred, and I'm in a relatively sane spot.
