Well, I went to Barnes and Noble and bought a book today
"American Theocracy" by Kevin Phillips.

Then, I got on the North bound Red Line train to go home (at the Jackson stop, of course)

I began reading "American Theocracy" on the train ride home. A very good book, so far.

The train car I was on was sparsely populated. It was a very quiet ride.

Then, I got off at my CTA stop and on my way home, stopped and voted.

Then, I got home. And here I am.

And...this post just might be an addition to my Journal. Which says quite a bit about how eager I am to put ANYTHING in my Journal.

1. A book is a good thing to buy at B&N...
Totally off-topic here, but oddly enough, you showed up in my dream last night. I dreamed you were driving me home after a party and I was telling you my life story, my problems, and my hopes.

Don't ask me why. I do not know.

2. So buying books is such new behaviour you need to brag?
You really need to get out more.

But yes, I guess I do need to get out more.

11. It didn't sound like bragging to me...
just a guy telling his friends about a book he's reading.

5. I think he (Phillips) was just on Fresh Air on NPR today.
I wasn't paying very close attention, but I think that's who it was. Weird.

Glad you had a nice day.
