2. 6-7. Interrupted sleep at that..
DH has a lot of pain and between my hot flashes and his being uncomfortable and the 85# dog deciding he wants to lay on me in the middle of the night..not much sleep going on. I get about 1 hr good sleep after DH gets up and takes the dog with him downstairs in the morning.

6. About 7 hours
Seems to be enough. I really don't do well with less for more than a day or two.

8. Usually about 6-7 hours. I'd prefer 8.
During insomnia cycles, it's less, of course.

12. 9.25. Inadequate.
Tossing and turning all night - and not in the good way.

Back pains and other problems, and not anxiety are a cause. If you had problems waking up and finding your arm (or both arms) had gone soft, tingly, and squishy, you'd be feeling the pain too.

14. Sleep is overrated
At least that's what I keep telling myself. I probably average about 4 1/2 hours a night during the week. A little bit more on weekends...maybe 6 or so.

I keep telling myself that it's enough. Trouble is, I'm a lousy liar.

15. About 4.5 during the week.
Then I might pick up a couple more on weekend nites. But the 4.5 is interrupted by stuff like the dog getting too hot or waking up worried about some crap at work.

17. 7 - 8 hours
interrupted by taking the puppy out for a pee-pee a couple times a night.

Better lose some sleep than step in it in the morning
