It looks like I am about to lose my job, Merry Christmas!

Well, it seems that the inevitable will be happening by the end of the month. The rumours had been swirling for quite awhile, but there was also a lot of descension and talk of a possible "uprising".

I don't know if this will happen or if they will just can anyone who gets in their way. I know that I have certainly made my mark there and may be able to keep something on a part time basis (more part time then I am right now) but I have also sent out resumes and am looking for other things.

I guess it's time to get more agressive and convince someone that they can't run their business without me.

Incidentally the PD(Program director) is a RW asshole who can't manage humans if his life depended on it. He has no sense of timing, no compassion, gives staff information at the very last possible minute and expects absolute perfection.

All I can say is the station's overall sound is going to tank royally and I will laugh my ass off listening to it.

And just as we were starting to see a little light at the end of the tunnel too. OH well...

Hubbie(coyul) has been laid off since march 31st. I just found out last week that my last day will be Dec.23rd.

I'll add you to my list of people I'm pulling for as they look for work. Sadly, that list grows each day. This is a horrible time to get news like that, and I'm very sad to hear about this.

Yes and hopefully Bush* will experience such debilitation in '05, though he hardly will be worried about just how to "put food on his family." Can't wait for the POS to come out and tell us all what a "fabulous year" he and Pickles have had, YET AGAIN! :grr: :mad: :argh:

and hope, that whatever happens, everything works out OK for you in the end. After I lost my job a few years ago, I thought it was the end...and I got a much better job doing something I never dreamed of. Good luck!
