I can't see paying that much for something that's just going to sit on a table and collect dust. I love Ali, but I'm not into overpriced collectibles. (OK. Maybe a signed, first edition Mark Twain book....)

I saw where the Double Fantasy (I think) album that John Lennon autographed for Mark David Chapman just hours before fuckin' Chapman killed Lennon is going on the auction block. Last time it was sold it brought in something over $400K, they're expecting it to sell for well over $550K this time.

I'm sorry, but that's not a piece of history I'd care to own.

I won't buy the book, and I don't care for boxing - or even Alil, really - all that much, but I'd love to get this photo in a nice limited edition. it's wonderfully artistic, and, though I'm not a boxing fan, it's an historic moment.
