I just joined, but MP3s won't transfer to my Zen.

I use Rhapsody and iTunes. Rhapsody is great!

2. What format do you download from rhapsody?

I tried it, but then I had to burn the files to cd and re-rip as mp3s. Basically, I haven't found a good solution to downloading music.

..seriously, for independent or outside the mainstream music you cannot beat the value. Yes, people go there and say "Hey, where is (insert ridiculously popular, mainstream artist)?" but the site is not intended for them.

Anywy, I don't know why it won't transfer to your zen. They transfer to my ipod which is more restrictive I believe than most other mp3 players. Sorry I couldn't help. But please don't give up on the service. Hopefully you'll figure out how to do it.
