28. Jesse James Heard III
Pronounced "Jesse James Heard the Third". A friend of my father's.

One summer in my youth, I worked at ETS reviewing financial aid applications. One of the applicants' first name was Latrina.

An investment banker wrote a couple compilations of names; they were edited together into John Train's Book of Remarkable Names. I.P. Frili, Dr. Doctor Doctor, Joy Bang, and the twin sisters Comfort and Satisfy Bottoms were listed with much fanfare.

And who forgot Cardinal (Jaime) Sin, Faith Popcorn, and Condoleeza Rice?
