But I try to tell myself to only eat when I'm truly hungry. Nervous eating really hurt me big time.

I keep thinking of what they call instinctive eating, telling myself to not eat until I have the hunger pains. I've used food as a drug for too long.

during work time, unless I have completely forgotten to clean the house that day and it's clear that I just played hookey online. That's when I get in trouble. :P

It's been a bad year for her. Her lupus is getting the best of her.
She doesn't post here very often because she doesn't feel like she's witty or smart enough to keep up. I've assured her that's not the case. She's a wonderful person in RL and I wish everyone here could know her.
