8. Ah. I have never
done an illegal drug, and it is one of the very few topics that I don't have solid opinions about.

18. Congratulations ~ Strong Atheist
I don't have strong opinions about everything. However I firmly believe this country would be better off if cannabis was legal.

have no useful ideas about this topic.

26. I guess 'print is dead' is the reason
there were more newspapers in the U.S. in 2004 than in 2003. :eyes:

I do get the Star Tribune on the weekends, however.

22. I haven't gotten a newspaper delivered in ages.
Used to get the Des Moines Register. The only thing I miss about it is not getting the NYT's crossword. I don't miss having tons of extra paper to recycle.

Now I get my news online. (Full disclaimer: part of the reason I don't buy newspapers any more is that I used to work for one. It was evil, EVIL, I tell you!)

Why, yes, I do live in Idaho. I do read the Statesman on occasion. But the STrib is my paper of choice.

27. The Idaho Statesman is the paper I used to work for!
I worked for them for four years, and as a result I vowed to never work for another newspaper ever again. I've talked to a couple of fellow ex-Gannett employees right here on DU, and all of us had the same reaction after working for one of their papers. Working for a Gannett-owned paper means long hours for low pay and they treat their employees like shit, if the Statesman experience is any indication.
