I have scraped the bottom of the barrel at age 42.
I just read the People.com story about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Mother of God. It's too early for a cocktail, and besides I have two more classes to attend this afternoon.

4. This is really sad, but I wouldn't know Eminem or his wife
if they came to my front door-- No, I think the Brad/Angelina/Jennifer story is the bottom of the barrel...I really do.

5. I'm not one for Hollywood gossip
but while I was reading at usatoday.com, I skimmed over the short article on Eminem. I like him but could care less about his love life. Personally, I think him and 50 Cent are getting it on!

6. "If you read it in People you know it's true."
Old marketing slogan of theirs. I just look at the pictures myself. That is whenever I glance thought one.

9. You underestimate yourself.
Sometimes, I wish I had cocktails to get thru my classes. (We made do with obnoxiously crunching baby carrots instead>) Go ahead and have the cocktails. :hi: Take a thermos, if necessary, and say it's cough medicine.

11. Me too...but I think w/ all the depressing news, having some Brain Candy
or brain junk food like this is actually a welcome break every now and then....besides, you have to admit, she may get the prize for hottest looking pregnant woman and hottest looking dad... :hi: Hee hee....My husband gives me a hard time when he sees me curled up with the New York Times and a copy of People Magazine...But I tell him I need the welcome break every now and then...life can be too serious....

16. These publicist-fueled hookups bore me to tears
I'm more fascinated by Ruby & Ossie (RIP) Jessica and Hume (both RIP), and Joanne and Paul; couples who stay married for CENTURIES. Now THAT'S a Hollywood Romance!
