1. I "air fry" mine.
Meaning, I coat them with dijon mustard, roll them with bread crumbs, and stick them under the broiler for maybe 5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).

2. best I ever had
Wife soaked them in brine. I put them on the grill. Yum, yum, yum. Recipe was from a grilling cookbook we have and I'm too lazy to go upstairs and check the title

3. Here's one of my faves.
Saute onions, garlic, mushroms (baby portabellas if you have them), and green pepper in olive oil. Than add some sherry and cook it down until it's almost like a syrup. Dip the chops in flour and saute for a couple minutes a side. Serve with the veg/sherry mixture.

5. It's awsome.
And I made it up myself. Usually, I have the butcher cut some thin slices from a pork loin and pound them out--so they're like veal scallopinni. Heck, mmaybe I'll have to make that for dinner tonight.

6. This is a good one - and I hate pork
6-8 pork chops
1 cup rice
1 envelope Lawry's Taco Seasoning
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1-2 cups water
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Fry pork chops (no flour) at a fast high heat.
Put in baking dish.
Mix up taco seasoning, rice, tomato sauce, water and a little salt.
Pour over pork chops.
Cover with tin foil (airtight)
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake just until cheese is melted.

VERY good!

Khash.

9. An easy favorite
Melt 2-4 Tbsp of butter in a glass pan in the oven
Take glass pan out of oven, set aside

Mix two cans of Cream of Mushroom soup with:
1/4 C. Worcestershire
2 Tbsps minced garlic
Some shakes of dry basil leaf, dill weed and tarragon
(about a teaspoon or so each)
Splash in some soy sauce
Add enough milk as you mix to make it like a thick but drippy soup

Cover bottom of glass pan with egg noodles to about an inch or so deep.

Pour mushroom mix over the noodles and mix together in the glass pan.
Place pork chops over the noodle mix.
Cover the entire dish with Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake @ 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Remove foil and cook for another 15 minutes or until cheese is browning on top.

Yummy!
