If you ever choose to put a subject in the pic, here's a tip.

Position the subject about 8-10 feet away from you, and use your flash.

Experiment, try different distances and times of sunset.

You'll be surprised by the results.

I have been trying to stretch myself and do a better job, but you are the first person to say you actually see a positive difference!

And the other weird thing is: Suddenly, now, the pictures are all the right size.

I had tried to downsize them earlier before I posted them, to no avail.

I've had my computer off for the last hour or so, while I took a small nap, and now the pictures are all the correct size. I feel as though I'm dreaming!
