smell. I've bathed him but he's still a little funky. How do I get that doggie smell out.

He's a little :scared: now. I feel for the little guy cuz he really loves his mommy.
He's resting now on the foot of the bed all wrapped up in a blankie.

I hope he does o.k.

5. good idea! i had a little yorkie/chihuahua mix
she completely dominated my 200# husband and my 85# border collie

DH even built her a ramp to get up to our high platform bed

he took her everywhere with him and it was the only time in 14 years of marriage I saw him break down and cry, when we had to put her to sleep

OK i'm crying again now, but enjoy your new baby, they are the sweetest little dictators that will ever own you

here's a pic

6. My b/f just bought one from
the Dom. Rep. He said he paid $100 for it and then another $100 to ship it to Miami and then to CT.
I told him there's no way he bought one for $200. I told him it's probably just an oversized rat! LOL! :bounce:
I will see for sure in a few days.

9. Or as Les Nessman (WKRP) pronounced it, "chi-hooa-hooa!"
The Chihuahua is a good companion dog. Courageous, extremely lively, proud and enterprising, it gives and demands affection. Bold and saucy, it moves swiftly to avoid being stepped on. Chihuahua's are strong-willed, intensely loyal and become very attached to their owners, even to the point of jealousy. They like to lick their owner's faces. It is undeniably suspicious of people except for its owner. When strangers are present, it follows its owner's every move, keeping as close as possible. For some, they may be slightly difficult to train, but they are intelligent, learn quickly, and respond well to proper, gentle (positive reinforcement) training.

15. He'll need a couple more baths to get the kennel stink out, it's in his
lil pores.

And once you get him on a real food as well, etc. It will take a few days, but he'll de-funk.

What a lucky doggie! Enjoy, and do buy him sweaters, they get chilled very easily.

the bath did help though. Now that he's dry he smells nice. He's sad and misses his first mother.
