13. I wouldn't imagine there is.
I was guessing on the decorative flourishes and the retro appearance of the cars.

Why is there no subway in Istanbul? That's nobody's business but the Turks.

33. I checked and amazingly, there is a subway/tramway in Istanbul.
But it's very modern and kinda sterile in appearance.
