Songs that are ruined for you because of their use in a movie.
Most obvious choice:

"Stuck in the middle with you", used during policeman torture scene in "Reservoir Dogs".

"Singin' in the Rain" was for a long time because of Kubrick's use of it during the ultraviolence stomping and rape scene in "A Clockwork Orange", but it's been long enough since I've seen it that some of the original associations with Gene Kelly have returned.

Almost any Roy Orbison was spoiled for me for a while after "Blue Velvet".
