Can you use a ticket to a play if it has been torn up?
I was headed out the door and my ticket to the Dickens play that I was going to for my birthday was torn up in my face.
Can I take the pieces and still go?

1. I don't see any reason why not.....
I mean, if you have all the pieces and some cellophane tape.
Just make sure the ticket number is still visible.

...so it was torn up in your face....huh? (sounds like a great story here)

2. My Dad got lost for hours going to get me a cake
He came back in a bad mood and I had my ticket out by my purse and keys ready to go and he said that I wasn't going anywhere and he tore the ticket up and threw it in my face.

3. Well, if the play was torn up by the critics

4. Of course you can.
Take the pieces and tape them if you can ... or just take the pieces. They'll let you in.

7. Yes, take the pieces and go to the play
ESPECIALLY since your dad tore up the ticket. Nice.

8. Of course you can
Let them know what happened and that it is your birthday. Birthdays rate special treatment and you certainly deserve that. Let us know how everything turns out. Hang in there and Happy Birthday!:toast:
