Well, I DIDN'T get trampled at Wal-mart....

because I wasn't there. Hubby was. But he didn't either; and called me at 5:15 in posession of my brand new laptop.
**PUTTING ON FLAME SUIT NOW***
According to the Black Friday Fourm I'm on, (coupon forum regularly) in all actuality the Circuit City stores were much worse. The # of ppl on the board that had a bad walmart exp. was much lower than the people who stood in line for the crappy CC deal. Want to talk about a ripoff? Each CC had a Tohiba Laptop with 512 Ram and a 60 G hard drive for $199 IF you signed up for AOHELL for 12 months at $23/month. Also, each store only had about 10-15 notebooks and there were at least 50 ppl lined up at 2am for them. The walmart stores had an average of 25 per store.Sure, the walmart lap is only 256 and 40G, but no annoying conditions;"instant savings" or worse, mail-in rebates to deal with. And, it has lightscribe...I love new tech!
I swear this is the only thing that we have been to walmart for in 2 years; but sorry guys...for $378+tax (total with bag $415) you are not going to talk me outta this one.I'm a happy girl with my new lappy....

4. You bet your ass!
we are. In all seriousness, I learned from demgurl how to 'coupon' and am starting to stockpile food. Check out her homepage for pictures of her stockpile of food and goods. I swear this is a good idea for the future...
