In case anyone missed it, Trey Parker and Matt Stone took a MAJOR stab at Scientology and it was insanely funny. They then covered for themselves by listing everyone in the credits as "John Smith".

Oh and there was also this bit about trying to get John Travolta and Tom Cruise to come out of the closet.

I was in stitches in the entire episode...maybe it was because I was and still am blzed, but the whole "come out of the closet Tom Cruise" was fucking hillarious.

2. I nearly fell off the couch when they were explaining "the truth"
And then they had the caption the entire time that said - "THIS IS WHAT SCIENTOLOGISTS ACTUALLY BELIEVE IN!!!"

4. this and the Mormon episode is why South Park is amazing
The funny thing is, I was watching the Mormon episode...totally didn't believe that it was real, and then I called my ex-mormon boyfriend and asked if it was real.
He said it was

SEEING STONES!!!!

10. That was great...
And when they switched it up to "smart smart smart smart smart" for the woman who didn't believe, I lost it. Say what you will about Parker and Stone's politics, but when it comes to certain cultural issues, they are great.

12. The Mormon episode was awesome, so was the heaven and hell one!
I'm talking about the one where Cartman turns into Pat Robertson and Satan is torn between two lovers, and sends Saddam to Heaven where he's greeted by Mormons.

5. "THIS IS WHAT SCIENTOLOGISTS ACTUALLY BELIEVE IN!!!"
I had no idea, never cared before.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientology

Xenu, the galactic tyrant who first kidnapped certain individuals who were deemed "excess population" and loaded these individuals into space planes for transport to the site of extermination, the planet of Teegeeack (Earth). These space planes were supposedly exact copies of Douglas DC-8s. He then stacked hundreds of billions of these frozen victims around Earth's volcanoes 75 million years ago before blowing them up with hydrogen bombs and brainwashing them with a "three-D, super colossal motion picture" for 36 days. The traumatized thetans subsequently clustered around human bodies, in effect acting as invisible spiritual parasites known as "body thetans" that can only be removed using advanced Scientology techniques. Xenu is allegedly imprisoned in a mountain by a force field powered by an eternal battery.

You can't make this shit up. Oh wait, yes you can. LOL!

8. The "science-tology" story makes about a much sense as the "christian-tolo
christian-tology, story does. Think about it, a super-being made everything in 7 days, got lonely and made humans to keep him happy? All religion is a tad whacked when you put it in the category of story telling.

14. I've always said this too.
The christmas story is about as goofy as it gets. Son of god is born to a woman who had never had sex before, in a manger, in the middle of nowhere. A star and a spirit in the sky tell them how to get to this boy, where they give him grownup presents.

18. Evidently Myrrh was a powder used to create embaliming liquids...
It also smells like shit, literally, when you burn it. And I though the socks I got from my Aunt last year were bad. Imagine opening up a box and getting this. No thanks.
