NEWS UPDATE: Man glued to toilet may have history
Edited on Wed Nov-09-05 08:40 AM by kick-ass-bob
Town official: He's complained of same misfortune in past

A man who sued Home Depot last month claiming a prank left him glued to a toilet seat made a similar allegation about another restroom more than a year ago, an official told a newspaper.

5. I hear you.
Just yesterday, my first grader came home and said, "Dad, is your butt still stuck to that toilet?"

7. i'm going to be skeptical here
i've learned in lawsuits that there is always some jealous hateful person who tries to put a stick in yr bicycle wheel

a friend was severely injured in an on-the-job accident, and the workmen's comp actually found a co-worker to lie abt what had happened, & not because he was being paid to perjure himself but just because he was afraid that a man who was paralyzed for several months might actually get a few bucks

the other co-workers told the truth but in the end my friend's settlement was not sufficient & he did end up in bankruptcy, it is sad that liars can have such influence

i would not necessarily believe the "cry wolf" story is true, it may be, it may not be

doesn't seem to be any proof that it happened & lying busybodies do love to make a point in making sure that no one benefits financially from lawsuits so i'm going to be skeptical

the dude is dreaming if he thinks he's going to get any $3 million tho, i'd be surprised if he got $30,000
