ABBA tune voted Eurovision's best ever
COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) -- Swedish pop group ABBA's catchy "Waterloo" hit that won the European Song Contest 31 years ago has been voted the best song in the event's history by viewers across the continent.

Seeing them perform Mamma Mia on TV in 1976 was my Beatles-on-Ed-Sullivan moment. And their Greatest Hits from 1976 was my first "real" album!

Besides, I'm partly of Swedish descent (Norwegian being the other half.) So I can't help loving them! ;)

(As for the costumes, well, there's no forgiving any of THAT.)

We have a double CD and listen to it all the time.

I also have a 45 of Dancing Queen that my then girlfriend gave me back in the day.
