Where would you go?
I have been taking trips with my students to Europe for the last three years and one of the forms of compensation the travel company has provided me is a free airplane ticket. The only restriction is that the destination is equivalent in distance (and I guess cost) as a ticket from the US to Europe. So where would you go?

I'm attracted to places far from the normal tourist destinations (I guess I'm just weird). Right now Iceland is in the lead (active volcanoes, glaciers, horseback riding, etc.). Oh yeah, the trip will be in June 2006.

So, where would you go?
