The "Bush/Cheney 04" sticker was bad enough, and he upped the ante with his anti-abortion sticker on the other side of the rear window. But his license plate was the killer (and I kid you not): DITO HD.

I was so glad he turned off Main Street and away from me.

Did not catch the license plate, but it was out of state (i.e., non-Pennsylvania) -- white or cream colored with dark (brown?) letters. Vehicle was a white minivan.

2. Writing people off

It's OK. Some people need to be written off. The Democratic Party should have nothing to say to such people. To a fault, we try to hard to appease too many people. We must realize that we will never be the party of conservative white men who drive SUV's, who hate black people, who believe God chose * as president, who want all Arabs put into concentration camps, who favor execution of homosexuals and mandatory Christian prayer in the public schools.

We have nothing to say to such people, and * can have them on election day.
