He hijacked the biggest earthmover around and drove it down to some city building. I've forgotten the details. But it was straight to the penitentiary he went.

If it helps, I fought a $3000 bullshit fine that was actually the dmv's fault, and not mine. I still had to pay a shitload of money. And I fought a $2000 phone bill that I incurred without knowing it. I got that one knocked off completely, but it took many tries.
