I saw 50 million ads for that movie but to this day I don't know :wtf: a Huckabee is, or why someone hearting Huckabees makes for such a great cinematic experience. Can someone clue me in? :P

I saw it more as poking fun at the redundancy of philosophy than actually trying to make a philosophical point. I thought they did a clever job of that. Know what I mean?

9. Yeah, I got that, and it was a decent movie,

but it still kinda dragged in the aforementioned regard. Have to admit I had to rewind and replay several bits of dialogue to understand what the hell they were saying which gets a bit annoying after awhile.

7. Loved it

the existential detectives (Hoffman and Tomlin) reminded me of so many of the people that came to dinner when my philosopher/ psychologist parents threw parties in the early '70's. Loved Walberg's character too. :thumbsup:

(especially Tomlin and Hoffman) and Shania Twain kicked ass, but really really really thought the mud sex and boardroom barf fest were over the top.
