We are back from our little vacation!!!!!

and did we have a good time. I feel so rested. Of course, I had ten loads of clothes to do and unpacking when we returned today, but I have some fine memories. We spent Thursday night in Little Nashville in a cute little Motel called Hickory Shades, nice and quiet and we slept like babies, after a day of shopping on Friday we stayed in the haunted inn in Story Indiana and it is so peaceful!!! I even got a glimpse of the ghost, as I turned to say something to our Daughter, I say the Blue Ladies dress tails or petty coat going out the door,THE CLOSED DOOR!!! I said, what was that and My Daughter who was slightly to the left of the door and had her back to it taking pictures with the digital camera looking for the ghost saw nothing!!!When I mentioned it the next morning to the kitchen help at 6;30 am she said that is typically what you see in that particular room, and if you are quick you will see the whole form of the lady. Not only that when I walked in the kitchen, this woman looked so familiar I thought I knew her and she too thought she knew me, it was weird, she greeted me warmly like an old friend, and I had the same feeling about her, but we could find no connection AT ALL> She said maybe it was from another life!! I said well we are in a haunted house.But it was strange.Next we left for the Amish Community in Davie county and had a very relaxing day and night. We bought a lot of cheese and sausage and I found 5 books cheap while I was gone I have wanted to read and I got a new Amish made rag rug for my living room. We had a lot of good food and some rebounding with the teenager, who didn't whine to much lol and saw some wild life and had a great time. The pictures at the haunted inn show orbs but nothing else but our Daughter was thrilled. here is the link to the inn

I am glad to be home. I worried about my parrots after all the trouble with the neighbors. My Mom looked in on them for us. I can hardly wait to plan our next get-away lol
