Do you worry alot?

I kept a list of everything I worried about for a year. At the end of the year I went over the list. Not one thing I wasted time worrying about happened.

Having said that-- Yes, I worry all the f#@$in time!! I have free-floating anxiety-- it constantly finds something new to attach itself to.

Though I have a few old favorites I pull out constantly. . .

used to tell me, "You worry about the wrong things." So yeah, I guess I do worry. Could be why I found DU. :)
