Did anyone else try the government's diet pyramid?

And add more dairy to their diet? I did and now I'm on Donnatol, which is Belladonna alkaloid, as an antispasmodic for my gut. This has gone on for a week. The Donnatol tastes like crap and makes you sleepy all the time (I take it 3 times a day).

What is up with that pyramid?

I'm using it right now (For the most part... More meat than suggested. :evilgrin: However, it seems to be doing me well. Lost five pounds.
