I've had the shittiest night.

Well, actually, not really. It was okay, when I got up and had to shower, it was alright. Then I studied, which was a drag, but I did it with friends. My Mets won. Yay. Then I went out to BJ's, which was just alright, but it was just kind of boring.

And now, I'm talking to the love of my life, who absolutely took advantage of me, trying to help her with her gigantic crush, and she seems really grateful and alright. So it's okay. I talk to her crush, a year or two older than her, a guy who has expressed interest in her, according to her, but not until she's a year or two older.

But, I IM the guy, my guitar teacher, to ask him a question about guitar, which he gratefully answers and then a question about something he did for this girl last year. He refuses to answer, due to some poor judgment of mine, last year.

I feel really shitty now, like I'm all alone and nobody cares for me. What can I do, DU?

1. Get out of the house. Now.

Go someplace you've never been before and look for new music, new people, new sights. Buy someone a drink, talk to the bartender. You're bound to feel better than you do now.

2. Man I would hate going out by myself

if I felt like that. Me, I'd throw in a DVD of a movie I really enjoy or I hadn't watched and just vanish into the story for awhile until I felt better.

This feeling will pass....
