1. My mom and I got into a fight yesterday...
...and still aren't speaking. I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing, but think I was right, for the most part. I'm having one of those "I suck" mothers' days.

2. I am DA MOMB
No one pisses me off. Lest they suffer for an eternity! :D

Actually, my kid's been great today. He hasn't asked me to do a thing for him, and we've just lazed the day away. :)

3. I did! both my mom and my grandmother...
When my grandmother accidentally called my husband my 'golden child' cousin's fiance's name. I just casually rolled my eyes and she flipped out, went home crying, my mom is still pissed off at me and wont talk to me at all. Tells me that I need to grow up.

This happens EVERY holiday.. I have to hear how GREAT my cousin is, and how much of a REAL man her fiance is, and how HARD he works on a daily basis and it gets kind of old after awhile. I didnt even say a WORD today about her, only roll my eyes and she gets all pissed off at me.

Sigh..

6. Me!
Got her a plant but it rained today. She was really pissed and took it out on me. She also taught my daughter a few nasty names to call me.
Gotta love Mother's Day in my family!

8. Probably me
She's not answering her damned phone, so we aren't going to dinner like we planned. (I can't just stop by to check on her or pick her up to go eat, she just moved and I don't know where her new abode is.) Undoubtedly her failure to answer her phone or tell me where the hell her new digs are will be blamed on me.

Oh, and it's fucking raining on top of all of it. :grr:

9. Is there a friend or another relative who would know where it is ?

If it were me I would try and find out for the sake of knowing she was safe and as a matter of peace.

11. I think my Sister knows
or my Aunt might. I don't think Mom's hurt or anything. More than likely she decided she didn't feel like doing anything, or made other plans or decided to sleep in and just isn't answering the phone.

She's done this kind of thing all my life, it's nothing unusual for her. More than likely she'll call up in an hour or two to tell me that she slept in or lost track of time or a friend stopped by or whatever and now she's ready to go, so it's time for me to drop everything and pull a babysitter out of a top hat and get out the door.

10. I pissed my kid off.
Said something to another family member that I wasn't suppose to. Sorry I made her angry, not sorry I said what I did.
