1. Well it looks like no one is eating lunch today. Well, I am having a
mocha frappuccino w/no whip cream for lunch. Not very filling, but very yummy :silly:

17. Cuban sammich...yum!
The kind with the pork and mustard and pickles?

I used to be able to get those at Panera, then they took them off the menu and I was PISSED! Now we don't even have Paneras here anymore. :-(

FSC, bereft at the lack of Cuban sammies around here

10. It seems like ages ago
In fact it was 5 hours back, I had a water-cress, rocket, and danish-blue salad and a bagel with smoked salmon. Drank coffee and water.

Very yummy.

12. A big fish fry.
My company sponsored an all-expense-paid fishing trip for its employees to Florida last week. Everyone caught snapper and grouper and we cooked it all up today. We had fried grouper, grilled snapper, french fries, hush puppies and cole slaw.

20. Sounds fun. I wish I liked fish, but I don't. I keep trying to eat it,
only to be reminded about why I don't like it. I do, however, like shellfish!

21. Is the food good? I like Lean Cuisines, but I have never
tried Jenny. Always wondered if it was good.

22. I have been very impressed with them.
I expected to hate the entrees, but they are actually really good.

My favorites are the Pot Stickers, Macaroni and Cheese, and the Pasta Ole' (orzo pasta with southwestern stuff, peppers, cheese etc).

Plus, you have fake Cheetos, granola, chocolate cake, lemon cake...

I tried Weight Watchers multiple times, but after a month or 2, would get tired of writing all the points down. With this, I know what to expect that I need to eat every day.

1 Jenny breakfast
1 Jenny lunch
i Jenny dinner
1 Jenny snack

Along with those, I have choices of pieces of fruit here and there, small green salad, containers of fat free yogurt, string cheese-- that sort of thing.

I started November 1, and I've lost 30 pounds. (I also joined a cheap gym to help things along) I would have lost a little more by now, but I had surgery in March, so I had a short recovery period of about 3 weeks or so.

I spend between $50-$80 a week for Jenny food. But you start off with a 10% discount on food, and then they work it up to 30%. So I rarely spend more than $60 a week on food now that I've reached my 30%. It has really worked well for me.

23. Wow! Sounds good. Although, I am not overweight, I am not happy with
my weight right now. I gained 15 pounds when I quit smoking. I started back smoking (not to lose weight, just weak)and I still have the 15 pounds. I tried the Weight Watchers core food plan. You don't have to count points, but everything you eat is so bland. Might try Jenny. :hi:
