It was a very grey and rainy day in Boston today, but I felt compelled to continue my running exercise schedule (being habitual has its perks- once you start integrating exercise into your daily schedule, it's hard NOT to keep doing it). So I went running in the rain.
It was great. I loved feeling sweaty and cool at the same time.
I had a cloud of steam trailing behind me.
Sure, I was soaked and muddy by the end of the four miles, but dammit, it was SWEET!
Ya'll should do it!
