Do you ever feel sorry for people born during the Reagan administration?
I would be so embarrassed if Reagan was President when I was born. I was a Carter-years baby myself. Sometimes when I go on a date with someone born during the Reagan years I feel sad for her and wish Carter had lasted for another term.

1. Yes, I feel sorry for myself!

At least I wasn't born under a Bush administration, that would suck so much! x(

8. No doubt.
I'll have to not have children until Bush is out of office. Of course, I wasn't planning on having any kids in the next three years anyway, so that will be easy.

a year later after he was sworn in. I grew up with schooling during Clinton's years and am thankful for that every day.

2. I feel sorry for them because they have never known a liberal President.
Clinton was many things and not all of them bad, but a liberal he was not.

11. hehehe
Well, there's not much you can do about it. There's not much I can do about it either. Sometimes I like to date women that are a few years younger so I'm stuck with Reagan babies.

6. I was born in Sept 1980
Regan wasn't elected until Nov, so I was a Carter baby. But I don't feel sorry for someone born in 1981, they were just a baby (as I was) and didn't know any better. It would be much worse to be born during a Bush presidency.

When I was born, Kennedy was 2 years away from the White House.
My son, however, is a "Reagan Baby".

13. Do not pity me
For the first twelve years of my life tempered me into the hardened liberal that stands before you! I was forged in the fiery blaze of rampant unchecked conservatism, hammered into shape by a recession, but cooled in the blessed waters of liberalism!

So, do not pity me! For it has made me the man I am. A man who knows the awful truth of evil men and the secrets they keep!

22. Yes we do. It was a strange time.
Lines for gas. Literally, you had to queue up to pay (at that time) an outrageous price for gas.

Wage cuts. Forget getting a pay raise every year. Even the most well-off companies were rewarding workers with CUTS!

Even us old liberals from the '60's thought the we needed to have new leadership.

But, fool me once...I did not vote for him second time around.
