1. If I hadn't spent all my money already, I would give you a hand out.
Only because you posted a picture of Mikey. :P

9. You need an organizer that can put some effort into the event
I mean, having a night of drinks and/or dinner is great. Hell I'm organizing one for Wilmington DE. But I've put together a few major DU parties in both Philly & Washington DC and there was some major organizing involved. Sometimes it helps if you have one really big event to help encourage folks to attend and in the long run it'll be easier to schedule future events. I know Kathy in Camb. has put a ton of work into putting this together which is why so many are coming from out of town. (I know I wish I could be there).

It'll happen!

18. I'm just kidding.
I tried hitchhiking twice in my life. The first time I waited for 30 minutes and then went to the busstation to take a bus. The second - and last - time I waited for 45 minutes in a cold storm as well and then went to the trainstation to take a train. So I have no real experience with the subject, I chicked out LOL

21. I'm sorry, but I can't help you
I did have fun once with a hitchhiker. I picked this girl up and we started talking and it clicked and the traffic was terrible but I was relaxing on the slowlane and was great. And then we came to the turnpike and I dropped her off at the gasstation near the turnpike because I was heading North and she was heading West.

And I went in to buy some snack and when I was back in my car I thought: "Damn, we really clicked, I should have driven her to her destination. She was cute and funny ... and liberal as well - she had lived in Costa Rica and she was telling how wonderful it was that they had no military. I was dumb LMAO

I would pay your way. But I am poor and not in the habit of distributing funds over the Internets.

Oh cruel fate!

17. I would....
... except I'm so poor I'm having a hard time getting there, and I only live 45 miles away.

prom season is going to put me in the poor house.
