I saw Fever Pitch last night

I loved the Nick Hornsby book. It was warm, funny, captivating, and English. It was about a boy becoming a man. Soccer was secondary. This movie was less about the man, than about baseball. I knew I would be disappointed, but was surpised how disappointed I was. They just should have called it something else, and not even tried to link it to the book.
