Should I cut my hair?

Every time I do, I hate it, and end up growing it out again. It's already busting 90 during the day here, and my hair is all one length, halfway down my back. I can't have it up all day or I get headaches from the weight.

What do you think? Should I cut it? Should I let it keep growing?

I love my long hair - last time I had it short was 20 years ago, but god its a hassle and so heavy. But its just something I refuse to act my age about! I refuse to be a middleaged helmet head!

Mine would NOT put up with any sorts (as she put it) of non-behavior (as she put it again). She was really beyond her times in other matters but she could crack me up with her southerisms. I miss that woman desperately. One of a kind.
