Stupid newbie question

I've been lurking here since November, and I have most of the nuances figured out, like I know who Pickles, Bunnypants, and Tweety are, and I know what BBV and the BFEE are. But one has me stumped.

WTF is MIHOP? I'm pretty sure it's got something to do with the WTC and the International House of Pancakes, but I haven't quite put it together... a little help here?

in reference to 9/11--that Bush proactively planned 9/11. Not a hugely popular theory--I think more prevailing is LIHOP (let it happen on purpose), which, obviously, means that he had foreknowledge of 9/11, knew it was coming, and did nothing to stop it, which having no direct role in its planning.
