20. i figured out how to conquer jet lag

or prevent it.

if you are a day bird. when flying west, land in the morning.
if you are a night owl, make sure you arrive in the dark.
last time i came in from a 10 hour flight, i had absolutely no problems. AND i do not sleep on planes.
but then i am used to all nighters from art school..
