what do you make them with?

the most inventive thing i've made with them: baked chicken with yams, appLes, and cranberries.

1. I love yams!!!!

I make them the standard way. Brown sugar and butter. But I have added applesauce and that is truly yummy. :hi:

they just seem sweet enough. :)

a few weeks ago, i made baked yams to go with pork chops (i enjoy the skin).

Bake some fresh yams, mash, mix with oj, butter and amaretto, toasted almonds on top. Yum!
