6. actually it's a Maytag
of all things. It's very white and old-fashioned, kind of reminds me of the 40's style stoves Grandmother used to have.

The Kitchen Aide we drooled over was like 975 bucks. Oh, well. :)

My kid is home on break, so I have to devise some ways to occupy him other than the computer 16 hours per day.

9. We have a Magic Chef. Yuck.
I would die for a new stove...but then, as MrG said, there would be nobody to cook for him.

Enjoy it!!!

12. well the one that came with the house
(it was that scary 70s shade of yellow) finally gave up the ghost and would have cost several hundred dollars to fix, so the only appliance that is still yellow is the fridge. We went to the Sears scratch and dent store, not a bad deal.

18. Here's what I found so far in terms of little bitty leaves:
columbine
daylilies
iris
daffodils
grape hyacinths
lupin
johnny jump-ups
daisies
chive
peonies

Plus some other things I know are flowers but forget what they are.

Yet no sign of my crocuses. Where did they go??

16. My son-in-law has a job interview tomorrow.
If he is offered (and takes) the job, they will be moving from 1500 miles away to 50 miles away.
That is GOOD news.
