Hobe wid a code
I can hardly breathe, and my head is killing me. I hate, hate, hate missing school, especially with less than six weeks to go. I blame the lady in the seat behind me on the plane to Dallas who was coughing up a lung - I actually saw it fly from coach up to first class.

3. Home remedy
I'm doing this myself today to fight off an oncoming cold. It often helps in the early stages.

Mix a cup of 1/3 ordinary hydrogen peroxide, 2/3 lukewarm water.

Dip cotton swabs into it and gently clean out both ears and both nostrils.

Then gargle with the rest.

Repeat a couple of times a day. It kills lurking germs.

I'm also using a mixture of about 1/6 peroxide and 5/6 water on our indoor tomato and artichoke seedlings to prevent damping off disease. So far, so good.

FEEL BETTER!
:D
