1. Fuck yeah

People do that shit down here all the time. You have to call them on it. I always tell them, "excuse me, the end of the line is back there."

2. I usually say....

one of two things....either I just say "Excuse me" to them....OR I say "Excuse me usually works pretty well for me"...and I always speak up and let the person doing the serving/checking out or whatever know that "I" was next...if they are too meek to ask the ditcher to wait in line I make them get the manager.

I say, very loudly..."EXCUSE Me...but the end of the line is BACK THERE!!" and point.
And I will create a fuss if I have to...to make sure the schmuck does not get service ahead of me.

4. That happened to my daughter on Sunday at Safeway

she's in line to get Chinese food, I'm behind the rope thing waiting for her, I'm trying to teach her how to order things for herself you know, so this guy cuts in front of her like she doesn't even exist and i hear her say a very small...."Excuse me but i was standing here", the guy doesn't even look at her, I'm near her and fuming but i wait for a moment to see what happens if anything and if i should jump this guys shit for being such a douchebag to a 10 year old girl but the kid behind the counter actually says to the guy..."I'll help you after i help this girl that has been waiting so patiently ....thanks."
