I'm spending this weekend at home so I can save money and finish up housecleaning & packing. I like to put some DVDs in the TV to watch while I'm cleaning and now I can't find my fricking remote control. Where is it hidden???

Sometimes I forget and bring the remote into the bathroom with me.

I think the weirdest place I lost it was in the refrigerator. I must have put it in there instead of the OJ I was drinking.

...they found it when they sold their home a few years later, stuffed in the basement floor-drain grating.

12. The washing machine?

Once, I stripped the bed and stuffed the bedding in the washing machine. Later when I went to put the laundry in the dryer, I found my remote control. After it dried out, it still worked, though I did have to replace the batteries.
