How easy is it to find a clean public restroom in your city?

3. It's not too bad...

Milwaukee has very few "restroom for customers only" signs, no pay toilets or buzzers (that I know of), and plenty of chain restaurants.

I haven't been in any of the truly public toilets -- i.e. the ones in the park and city facilities -- in awhile, so I don't know how clean they are.

9. There are only 2 truly public washrooms that I know of here and...

they are both places no sane person would want to go in. One of them is in the WORST part of town and is mainly a place for drug addicts to shoot up. The other is not much better.
