Who do you hope wins the World Series?
Not who do you THINK will win it, but which team's victory would give you the most joy. I admit to being an "Anybody but the Yankees" guy; but although I would be pleased with either a Cubs or a Red Sox victory, if I had to pick one team I would say "Go Red Sox!"

10. Uh, er...um...Red Sox
As a Cardinals fan, I can't cheer for the Cubs, although I will be happy for their fans if they win. Marlins are a nice story, although I dislike their owner - why didn't he do this with the Expos? Yankees are right out. :P

19. Yanks. Been lovin' 'em since 1975
We lived in central PA and got WPIX out of New York.

And all of you that hate them for the money they have, just remember that the ownership puts the money back into the business (the team), whereas many of the so-called small market teams line the owner's pocket with whatever money they bring in.

23. Well, I Almost Agree
If neither Boston nor Chicago are in the World Series i too would have a problem caring.

Except, since the Marlins would have eliminated the Cubs to get there, i root for whomever the American League sends.

If they get there, the Marlins must be made to pay for their insolence.

24. Anyone but the Yankees
I'm not even a baseball fan anymore, but I still hate the Yankees. I think that's from years of hearing Tony Kubehead and Joe Garagey-ola sing their praises during any major leage game they were involved with, in either league.

26. As long as it's not the Steinbrenner Corporation, anyone else is fine.
Cubs & Red Sox have probably earned a shot at it. That's who I would like to see in the series. No preference either way on the win.
