13. It's probably in your cache.

Someone might have posted an image here at some point with the same name as the puke icon .gif file. Instead of downloading the image everytime you visit a page, it's displaying you're cached version...which just happens to be incorrect.

Clear your cache, that should fix it. Click Tools>Options>Privacy and then the appropriate "Clear" button.

Image caching is supposed to speed up your web performance, but every now and then it results in little quirks like the one you were seeing. I'm glad that fix worked :)

Firefighter Charged with Animal Cruelty for Biting Head off Parrot
EDGEWATER, Fla. - A 34 year old firefighter was charged with animal cruelty and placed on administrative leave after biting the head off a Quaker parrot during a party.
Lt. Bruce Coates was booked into jail but is expected to be released on his own recognizance on Tuesday. According to Sheriff's spokesman Gary Davidson, witnesses gave the following account of the incident.
Coates had apparently been drinking at a party when he took the parrot off the shoulder of it's owner and bit it's head off. Coates is reportedly apologetic and has offered to replace the $200.00 bird. Coates has been a firefighter since 1991.
