2. Tony's still in bed.
He tried to get up a couple of times today, but he didn't last long.

3. Poor Tony!
Make sure he drinks plenty of fluids, Gatoriade and such!

He is running a fever? My son had a fever which lasted about 5 days. It's awful! I'm praying I don't get it!!!

Make sure "YOU" wash your hands, you don't want to get sick either!

11. I'm keeping him well hydrated.
Lots of water, OJ and so on, which also helps the Mucinex work better. Yes, he was running a 102.5 early this morning, so we called our doctor for a house call. Seems Tony has an upper-respiratory infection, and the doctor left some Keflex samples for that. I'm also trying to feed him, when he's awake, and he's eating fairly well.

16. Glad to hear he's eating
Jacob didn't eat a thing for days...still can't! He did get a little apple sauce down tonight.

Hope Tony feels better soon!

17. So do I.
I'm afraid I'm getting something, because my nose is stopped up. Hope it's just a cold. *crosses fingers*

7. Is this one a shorter-lived flu bug than previous ones?
I seem to be feeling better, and this is just the fourth day. Usually, I am wiped out for an entire week...last year I got pneumonia as a result of the flu. This year, I started antibiotics and decongestants on the second day, so I think I am faring better.

5. Oh, honey... (I'm in Mississippi, and the flu has arrived)
I have it right now. It's bad, too. I have been sitting up for about four hours, but I am exhausted just from being awake and perusing DU. I am about to go back to bed.

On top of the flu, the antibiotics I am taking have given me the adverse side affect that so many antibiotics give you...I'll let you figure that one out.

I hurt from the top of my head to the soles of my feet, and every inch in between.

8. Mine hasn't hit 104, but hit 103 last night...
Today, it's been down hovering around 100 and I actually feel better. This is the fourth day for me.

Glad you both are over it.

9. Would you mind wearing a surgical mask?
I'd hate for this to spread throughout the lounge.
Thank you.
